Shipping policy

At Luxe Edition Studio, all prices include tax. Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout and are separate from the product price.

We ship using Sendle or Australia Post, and your order will be carefully processed within 5 business days of purchase. Our final postage run each week is Thursday at 2:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following Monday, so your items don’t sit idle in a warehouse or truck over the weekend. If extra time is ever needed to prepare your order, we’ll contact you directly via email.

Once your parcel has left our studio, delivery times are managed by the carrier. While we can’t guarantee exact arrival dates, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your order on its journey. For delivery updates after dispatch, please contact Sendle or Australia Post directly.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to change details once the parcel has been lodged. Luxe Edition Studio cannot be held responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect information provided at the time of order.

In the unlikely event of a parcel being delayed or lost, valid proof of shipment and tracking will always be provided. From there, the courier will assist in resolving the issue. While we cannot take responsibility for late or missing deliveries once they have left us, we’ll always do our best to support you through the process.
